Our model legislation to abolish abortion in North Carolina has already been drafted. We are in the process of reaching out to legislators and candidates to ask them to introduce the bill during the next regular legislative session. Several legislators have indicated support for the bill, but so far, all have declined to take the vital step of actually introducing it.
